Quality is a process, not a promise. Here is exactly how we grade, pre-cool, pack, inspect, and document every consignment before it ships to your market.
Our quality control process
Six controlled stages from grower to loaded container.
Direct farm sourcing
We source directly from established grower belts in Nashik and Maharashtra, with traceability back to the farm.
Sorting & grading
Produce is sorted and graded to your specification — by size, count, colour, and maturity — removing off-grade material.
Pre-cooling & cold chain
Fresh produce is pre-cooled rapidly and held under controlled temperature to protect shelf life from packhouse to port.
Pre-shipment inspection
100% pre-shipment inspection on every lot, with photos and grading reports shared before the container is sealed.
Export packing
Packed to your market’s norms — mesh, cartons, telescopic boxes, or private label — and palletised for safe transit.
Documentation & loading
Full export documentation prepared, then loaded from JNPT / Mumbai Port with lot tracking through to delivery.

Cold chain & reefer settings
Fresh produce is pre-cooled after grading and shipped under controlled temperature. Typical reefer settings by product are below — confirmed per shipment and lane.
- Pomegranate 5–8°C, 90–95% RH
- Grapes 0–2°C, 90–95% RH (with SO2)
- Bananas 13–14°C, 85–90% RH
- Green chillies 7–9°C, 90–95% RH
- Okra 7–10°C, 90–95% RH
- Tomato 10–13°C, 85–90% RH
- Onions 0–2°C, 65–70% RH (cured)
Pre-shipment inspection
Every lot is inspected before sealing. We share photos, grading details, and inspection notes so you can approve the consignment before it leaves — no surprises on arrival.
